Change in Times for August 18-21

All runners need to be at school to run at 6:30, not the 7:00 time slot on your schedule.

Also, don't forget that all runners need to be at cywoods no later than 6:00am on Wednesday morning!!!

Friday Practices At The Cypress Creek YMCA

Remember, summer's Friday practices are at the Cypress Creek YMCA. We will meet on the far west side of the YMCA. Don't ask the Y-people because they won't know what you're talking about. If you have any questions please call Coach Napier.

To get to the YMCA (from Cy-Falls):

Turn left out of the CFHS parking lot onto Huffmeister (travel north)
Turn right on Cypress North Houston (going east) 2.7 Miles
Turn left on jones (going north) 1.7 miles
Turn right onto cypresswood dr. (going east) .9 miles
Turn left onto MARANTHA RD/ CY-CREEK Y RD.
Follow the road to the back (camp) parking lot.
